Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to prevent losses.
- Organize warehouse space efficiently to maximize storage capacity and accessibility.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, inbound/outbound shipments, and warehouse performance.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg (physical fitness is a plus).
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields is advantageous.
