Responsibility
- Conduct thorough quality checks on fresh and frozen products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and maintain optimal storage temperatures and conditions to preserve product freshness and safety.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage and document bad stock, ensuring proper disposal or return procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily quality reports, highlighting any deviations or areas for improvement.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures, including hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Assist in training staff on quality assurance best practices and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the food or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational requirements.
