The Keranjang is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Staff to join our dynamic team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing procurement processes, negotiating with vendors, and analyzing costs to ensure the efficiency of our supply chain and operational workflows.

Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and reliable supply.
- Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize purchasing strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and pricing, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement activities with budgetary and operational goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new suppliers, and innovative procurement technologies to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Proficient in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting related to procurement activities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, or procurement tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
