Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste in chemical manufacturing.
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve KPIs and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and quality regulations (e.g., ISO, OHSAS).
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and R&D teams to streamline supply chain and material flow.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, budgets, and performance metrics for senior management.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other industry-specific standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership in managing teams of 50+ employees in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes, safety protocols (HSE), and quality control systems.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; ability to communicate with international stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site (WFO) in Cikarang with occasional travel to Bali-based facilities.
