Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient production.
- Monitor workflow processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of operational staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all operational activities.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate material procurement, and optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present operational reports, including performance metrics, to senior management.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or operations management, preferably in the aluminum or metal industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, MS Office, and operational software for reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
