Responsibility
- Assist in coordinating daily truck schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and track shipments, updating records and reporting any discrepancies.
- Support drivers with loading and unloading goods while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs of truck maintenance, fuel consumption, and delivery statuses.
- Communicate with warehouse teams to verify inventory and prepare shipments.
- Assist in resolving logistical issues, such as delays or route changes, in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local transportation regulations.
- Provide administrative support, including filing documents and generating reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or logistics software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations in Bali.
- Physical stamina to assist with loading and unloading when necessary.
