Responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate inbound operations (distributor/principal, returns from customers) to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide comprehensive operational data related to inbound logistics, storage, and distribution to support decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inbound processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehouse, and customer service, to streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all inbound activities.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Coordinate with external partners, including suppliers and transportation providers, to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational improvements in a logistics environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
