Responsibility
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods between warehouse, retail stores, and distribution points in Bali.
- Load and unload merchandise, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage to outdoor fashion products.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance for compliance and tracking purposes.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
- Assist warehouse staff with inventory management, including organizing stock and preparing shipments.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse teams, and retail partners to coordinate schedules and resolve delivery issues.
- Uphold Hikemoreās commitment to sustainability by adhering to eco-friendly driving practices and waste reduction initiatives.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driverās license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Baliās roads, especially in Badung, Denpasar, and surrounding tourist areas.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Basic English proficiency (spoken and written) to communicate with international team members and partners.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism in all tasks.
