Responsibility
- Oversee and manage customs clearance processes for imports and exports.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
- Prepare and verify export-import documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates).
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any logistical delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all export-import transactions.
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import operations or customs clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
