Responsibility
- Coordinate daily operations with field teams, including crews, drivers, and vendors, to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Liaise with port authorities and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth cargo handling and transportation processes.
- Monitor and track shipments, deliveries, and inventory to maintain accurate records and prevent discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, documentation, and compliance paperwork for internal and external audits.
- Resolve logistical issues promptly, including delays, route changes, or resource allocation conflicts.
- Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage vendor contracts and negotiate service agreements.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to optimize scheduling, routing, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in operations, logistics, or field coordination, preferably in manufacturing or transportation sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with logistics management software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a must.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to field locations or port areas as required.
