Are you a detail-oriented Customs Clearance Administrator (PPJK) with expertise in export-import documentation? Our client, a leading company in Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team in Badung, Bali.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth customs clearance processes by managing PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang), PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang), and HS Code classifications. Your expertise will help streamline administrative procedures, minimize delays, and maintain compliance with Indonesian customs regulations.

Responsibility
- Prepare and process PIB (Import Notification) and PEB (Export Notification) documents accurately and on time.
- Classify products using the correct HS Code to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping agents, and government authorities to facilitate smooth clearance.
- Maintain and organize all customs-related documentation in a systematic and auditable manner.
- Monitor shipment statuses and resolve any discrepancies or delays in customs processing.
- Ensure all import/export activities adhere to Indonesian customs laws and company policies.
- Liaise with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance) to align documentation with business operations.
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations, tariffs, and trade policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a PPJK Administrator or in a similar customs clearance role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures, PIB, PEB, and HS Code classification.
- Familiarity with customs software (e.g., INSW, CEISA) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of documentation efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic ERP systems.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Certification in Customs Clearance (PPJK) is highly preferred.
