Responsibility
- Manage and organize inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to streamline procurement and distribution processes.
- Maintain a clean and orderly storage environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and documentation.
- Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports.
- Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on demand trends and business requirements.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role in logistics or retail.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 kg) safely.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
