Join OneMed as a Warehouse Manager in Bali and lead our logistics operations with precision and efficiency. This role is critical in ensuring seamless inventory management, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and optimal warehouse functionality across our facilities in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
As the backbone of our supply chain, you will oversee stock control, coordinate receipt and dispatch of goods, and maintain accurate records to support our fast-paced business operations. Responsibility
- Supervise and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Conduct regular stock opname (inventory audits) to verify accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring timely and damage-free handling.
- Manage warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and maintain an organized inventory system (FIFO/LIFO) to optimize space and accessibility.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the warehouse.
- Generate reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage inventory control systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Strong knowledge of SOP development and process optimization in warehouse environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and improve efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or healthcare logistics is a plus (OneMed’s industry focus).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
