Responsibility
- Operate and monitor hot melt machines to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in machine operation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with hot melt machines or similar equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
