Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of carton box orders while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely procurement of high-quality raw materials.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to align production plans with customer demands and delivery timelines.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and supply chain metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all production and inventory activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
