Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications and inventory lists.
- Inspect items for defects or damages before packaging to ensure quality control.
- Operate packing equipment (e.g., sealing machines, label printers) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with warehouse safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing quotas and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow company protocols for handling, labeling, and documenting shipments.
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or packing experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items (up to 20 kg) for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for order verification and documentation.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous but not required.
