Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory levels to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on procurement activities, budget utilization, and vendor performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to assess procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including document filing, data entry, and correspondence with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts, purchase orders, and other procurement-related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
