Responsibility

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, provide product details, and negotiate terms to secure orders.
  • Liaise between the production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Monitor production schedules, track order status, and provide regular updates to clients on progress and potential delays.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or product quality in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the development of pricing strategies, cost calculations, and profit margin analysis.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote company products and build business relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication with international clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software for data management and reporting.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, candidates with 2+ years of experience in garment merchandising will be preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of garment production processes, fabric types, and quality standards is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, factory visits, or industry events.
