Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, operators, and team leaders to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols, maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure proper documentation of stock movements.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to optimize workflow and meet operational targets.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel to enhance performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline warehouse operations and reduce costs.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, including inventory status, performance metrics, and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work in Malvar, Batangas, and adhere to shifting schedules as needed.
