Responsibility
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, including Hino trucks, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely distribution of products to clients.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to verify shipment accuracy and completeness.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while operating vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups, representing the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Professional Driver’s License with the appropriate DL Code for operating heavy vehicles (e.g., Hino trucks).
- Proven experience as a logistics driver, warehouse assistant, or similar role in the transport industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety protocols, and traffic regulations.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg) as part of warehouse duties.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet delivery deadlines.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required.
