Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for motorcycle parts and accessories to meet business demands.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with global and local suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials.
- Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, performance reviews, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and demand forecasts to make data-driven procurement decisions.
- Monitor and report on key procurement metrics, such as cost savings, lead times, and supplier performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Support cross-functional teams in product development and inventory planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms with suppliers.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and cultures.
