Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee inventory management, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and reporting discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Monitor and optimize space utilization, equipment usage, and workflow efficiency to reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate stock levels.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize losses or damages.
- Prepare and present performance reports, KPIs, and improvement recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse supervision or logistics management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, including OSHA or local equivalents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
