Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee import/export logistics, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Manage shipping schedules and track shipments to guarantee on-time deliveries.
- Prepare and verify customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and permits.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to optimize logistics operations.
- Monitor warehouse activities, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Resolve logistics-related issues and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or customs operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
