Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize supply chain operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
- Lead procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize costs while ensuring adequate stock availability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to align operations with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
