Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as company policies and safety standards.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, negotiating contracts and service level agreements.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics activities, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international shipping standards.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages, particularly Indonesian, are a plus.
