Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping of stock movements.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth procurement and distribution processes.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing, to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in all supply chain activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets and control costs related to supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
