Responsibility
- Lead and optimize inventory management processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and analyze weekly reports on inventory metrics, including damage, aging, expired stock, and on-hand inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Warehouse, Procurement, Finance) to align inventory strategies with business goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, minimize stockouts, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory trends and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and train junior team members to ensure adherence to inventory best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (relocation support provided for qualified candidates).
