Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations and administration of the Appl Program to ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes.
- Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any operational issues and optimize workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments, inventory, and operational activities.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including Appl Program.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
