Responsibility

  • Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and reduce operational costs.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for customs clearance, import/export regulations, and compliance with local and international logistics standards.
  • Track and report on key logistics performance metrics, such as delivery times, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
  • Resolve logistical issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability in logistics practices.
  • Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of goods.
  • Support the planning and execution of logistics projects, including system upgrades or expansions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, preferably in an MNC or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international shipping standards.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
