Responsibility
- Lead and manage the aftersales team to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance aftersales operations, including service workflows, customer feedback systems, and warranty management.
- Monitor and analyze aftersales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and logistics teams to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.
- Oversee the management of spare parts inventory, ensuring availability and efficient distribution.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold company standards and deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all aftersales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aftersales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of automotive service processes, customer relationship management, and warranty policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
