Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to meet company objectives, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supplier diversification.
- Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQs, tenders, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate disruptions and capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, R&D) to align procurement activities with production and project timelines.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through value analysis, spend analytics, and process optimization.
- Ensure ethical and sustainable sourcing practices in line with corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on procurement performance, savings, and supplier KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or lighting industry.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts, reducing costs, and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong knowledge of procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations, logistics, and customs procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other Asian languages is advantageous.
