Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive production reports and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and upkeep inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of spare parts and consumables.
- Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Assist in scheduling production activities and coordinating with various departments to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular audits of production documentation to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Support the production team in troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in production coordination, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
