Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing holding costs.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to improve turnover rates and reduce obsolete stock.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast demand and align inventory with business needs.
- Track and report on key inventory KPIs, including stock accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and carrying costs.
- Identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Support the implementation of inventory management systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain logistics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software and Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Certification in inventory management (e.g., CPIM) or logistics is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a benefit.
