Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of industrial goods.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels through regular cycle counts and ensure system accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Implement and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards within the warehouse facility.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain to improve operational throughput.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a physical warehouse environment and handle heavy lifting if required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a dynamic team.
- Possess a valid forklift driving license (preferred).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
