Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track stock levels, minimize discrepancies, and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations for storage, handling, and shipping of goods.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management, preferably in e-commerce or cross-border trade.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other Asian languages is advantageous.
