Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to company standards and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly operational targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and documentation.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and carry heavy items (up to 25 kg) as needed.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work overtime and adapt to flexible schedules when required.
