Responsibility
- Assist in daily packaging operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain assigned machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Conduct routine quality checks on packaged products to meet Carlsbergâs stringent standards.
- Follow and enforce safety protocols and operational discipline to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues.
- Document production data, including output metrics, defects, and maintenance logs.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize packaging processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of packaging machinery, production lines, or manufacturing processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work in shift-based environments and adapt to fast-paced settings.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with safety regulations in industrial settings is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a hands-on role.
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
