Responsibility
- Design and propose custom warehouse automation solutions (e.g., AMRs, sorting systems, WMS integrations) tailored to ANZ client requirements.
- Lead technical pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, ROI analyses, and system demonstrations for potential customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer pain points and align Geek+ solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and present technical proposals, whitepapers, and case studies to showcase Geek+’s competitive advantages.
- Conduct on-site/remote assessments of client warehouses to gather data for solution design and feasibility studies.
- Provide post-sales support during implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in warehouse automation, robotics, and AI to continuously refine Geek+’s offerings.
- Train and mentor internal teams and partners on technical aspects of Geek+ solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Robotics), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse automation, logistics systems, or pre-sales engineering (ANZ market experience is a plus).
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations, including WMS, ERP, and automation technologies (e.g., AGVs, AS/RS, conveyors).
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; ability to engage C-level executives and technical teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the ANZ region (up to 50%).
- Familiarity with Geek+’s products (or similar robotics/AI solutions) is highly advantageous.
