Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to optimize workflow, reduce lead times, and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and quality teams to align production plans with market demand and compliance standards.
- Forecast material requirements and work with suppliers to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and resource allocation.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and quality standards is a plus.
