Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory management by conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies.
- Lead and train warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to meet KPIs.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards, including proper handling of hazardous materials (if applicable).
- Oversee documentation and reporting for all warehouse transactions, including bills of lading and inventory logs.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to optimize delivery schedules and reduce turnaround times.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize errors.
- Resolve operational issues promptly, including delays, shortages, or equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track warehouse performance metrics.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, local Indonesian standards) and best practices in material handling.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Physical stamina to occasionally lift heavy items (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
