Responsibility
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
- Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to develop procurement expertise.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and issues with orders, deliveries, or invoices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supplier and team interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in purchasing or logistics is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
