Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor production schedules, allocate resources, and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, procurement, and maintenance) to streamline operations.
- Identify process improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product integrity.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and production lines to prevent downtime.
- Prepare and present performance reports, including KPIs, productivity metrics, and variance analyses.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production, operations, or manufacturing leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality assurance principles.
- Proficient in using ERP systems, MS Office, and production management software.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
