Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards in accordance with company policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Track production metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Optimize resource allocation to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in production planning and inventory management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
