Responsibility
- Monitor and inspect parcel handling processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to implement quality control measures and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to parcel damage, delays, or service issues.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and company policies.
- Analyze performance metrics to track quality trends and report findings to management.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all operational activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software (e.g., ISO standards, Six Sigma).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
