Responsibility
- Lead and supervise inventory planning activities to ensure optimal stock levels across all product categories.
- Develop and implement demand forecasting models to anticipate market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align inventory strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory turnover ratios, stock aging, and carrying costs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Oversee the execution of replenishment plans, ensuring timely delivery of products to warehouses and retail outlets.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Implement inventory control policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage, obsolescence, and waste.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of managing inventory for high-volume, fast-moving products.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory, or other optimization methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
