Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack orders from inventory according to shipping requirements.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging.
- Label and organize packages for efficient dispatch and storage.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to lift and move packages weighing up to 20 kg.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in warehouse operations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
