Responsibility
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and tracking stock movements to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Support the preparation of inventory reports, forecasts, and replenishment plans using data analysis tools.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock allocation and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain data integrity.
- Analyze sales trends and demand patterns to recommend adjustments in inventory strategies.
- Assist in developing and maintaining inventory KPIs (e.g., turnover ratio, stockout rate).
- Prepare presentations and dashboards for management reviews on inventory performance.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align inventory plans with production and sales goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) or similar data tools.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
