Responsibility
- Lead and drive product field quality improvements through data analysis and root cause investigations.
- Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide training and support to teams on quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO standards.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product reliability.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality policies and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce defects.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Experience with quality tools and methodologies, such as FMEA, SPC, and 8D problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
