Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for NPI (New Product Introduction) and customer transfer projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) and external stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve bottlenecks.
- Monitor project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation, providing regular progress reports to senior management.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions in project timelines or deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance, document lessons learned, and recommend process improvements.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including proposals, status updates, and final deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or NPI environments.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with global teams and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges proactively.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
