Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for Land Systems projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost-efficiency.
- Lead supplier identification, evaluation, and selection processes, including RFP/RFQ management and contract negotiations.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, from demand forecasting to vendor performance assessment, while mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to optimize procurement processes and reduce lead times.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through bulk purchasing, supplier consolidation, and value engineering.
- Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry innovations to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, KPIs, and budget analyses to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CIPS) is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in defense, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with international procurement standards, export/import regulations, and risk management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
